MOISTURIZING MASK FOR HAIR

DIY - Homemade Hair Mask as a treatment

Homemade masks are easy to prepare and simple to use. They will recovery that lost shine and health back to our hair. Natural organic ingredients do not damage the hair. They do not contain chemicals which can dry our scalp and hair. And what the best? We know and see each product we use in this mask.
This recipe contain products we have in our kitchen any time.  I  use only fresh and organic products. As you see on the picture, we need 3 components only:

- 1 avocado;
- 1 egg;
- olive oil (1 tablespoon).

Simply bit an egg, add 1 teaspoon of the oil and mix it well with mashed avocado. 

    

   Apply this mass on your scalp and hair and massage your scalp gently. Cover a head with shower cap, then cover with towel. Wash your hair in 30 minutes with shampoo. This mask use for moisturizing, nourishing and strengthening of the hair.  
   
   I love avocado. This great product contains minerals, vitamins E, C , B6 protein and fatty acids we need for our body, hair and skin. As great source of biotin avocado helps to prevent dry skin and brittle hairs and nails. Avocado - excellent moisturizer.
   
   Egg is one of the most popular product available in home. Eggs could be used for hair growth and nourish. Raw eggs contain proteins and nutrients and will give a lot of benefits for our hair. 


    Olive oil contains fatty acids, Vitamins E, A, C, sugar, calcium, iron. Olive oil has been used for thousand years for health and beauty! 



    I apply this mask on the hair as well on the face too.
